SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping
 

At AcuArtistry, we are pleased to offer fast and affordable shipping to our customers throughout the United States. All orders will be shipped using a reputable courier service, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and can be tracked using the provided tracking number.

 

We offer a flat rate of $8.50 for all orders within the United States, regardless of the weight or dimensions of the items in your order. Get FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250 (USA only). We always try to ship orders as fast as possible, but items are handmade, and it may take up to 3 weeks to ship from the time the order is placed. Thank you for your patience.

International Shipping

At this time, we regret to inform you that AcuArtistry does not directly offer international shipping. Our decision to focus on domestic shipping stems from the complexities associated with international shipping, including increased costs, customs regulations, and potential delivery delays.

However, we understand that our international customers may still wish to purchase from our store. In such cases, we recommend considering the use of third-party shipping services, which can receive your package from our store and then forward it to your international address. These services are independently operated and may help you access our products even if we do not ship directly to your country. Please note that we neither endorse nor accept responsibility for the use of third-party shipping services. If you choose to use such a service, we recommend thoroughly researching and selecting a reliable provider.  Additionally, any customs fees, taxes, or other charges associated with international shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

It is my pleasure to offer wholesale pricing when ordering 10 or more of any particular item. Because AcuArtistry items are always handmade and quantity orders can be time consuming, please order ahead when possible. The amount of the discount will be based on the number and type of items ordered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Standard designs may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in new condition, and the customer pays to ship. Returns are accepted on custom orders and gold items at the seller's discretion.
