All orders are shipped USPS with a flat rate of $9.00 anywhere in the USA. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the package is sent. Since items are made by hand it may take 3 weeks to ship from the time the order is placed. Thank you for your patience.

Standard designs may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in new condition and the customer pays shipping. Returns are accepted on custom orders and gold items at the sellers discretion.

It is my honor to make a one of a kind piece for you. Since custom crafting your item by hand takes time you will be given an estimated ship date when you place the order. Custom orders must be paid in full before work begins. Canceled orders may be refunded minus the cost of any materials already purchased for your order. Returns on custom orders are accepted at the seller’s discretion.
